SHIPPING:

All orders ship via USPS. Shipping is free for orders over $100! This discount is automatically applied at checkout. Orders under $100 will have a shipping fee relevant to the weight of the package. Shipping fees for Barnes Made packages typically range from $4-$8.50. Orders ship within 3 days of when they are placed. Once the postal service receives the package, it takes 2-3 more days to get to its destination. You will receive a tracking number so you can observe the journey!

RETURNS:

For everyone’s health and safety, returns of soap are not accepted. If you truly hate it, please email me and I’ll provide store credit and guidance on how to choose one you’ll love. If your order arrives damaged, please send photos to kaity@barnesmade.com, and I will help you out. Due to the handcrafted nature of Barnes Made products, they may not always be as picture perfect as soaps in big box stores. Please do not mistake the rustic nature of my products for damaged goods.

For candles, returns are accepted within 7 days of your order arriving, and only after confirmation via email with me (Kaity). Candles must be returned un-lit, and postage is at the customer’s expense.
