In the rolling hills of Vermont, Kaity Flagg (née Barnes) creates small-batch artisan soap and soy candles. Using natural ingredients, she crafts her goods using care, precision, and time-honored techniques. Barnes Made came to be in 2018 out of Kaity’s desire to reduce plastic waste and avoid the bizarre chemicals and unsustainable ingredients we slather on our bodies unknowingly. It’s a one-woman homegrown enterprise (with occasional assistance from Kaity’s wonderful and patient husband Morgan).

Barnes Made products never contain palm oil, petrochemicals, or hormone-disrupting phthalates; only nourishing botanical oils and invigorating scents.
